Rojin Hood emerges first within the Akuma vs. Tenshi Seal franchise, appearing as a seal in Series 5 of the original Akuma vs. Tenshi Seal. He resurfaces later as a Head seal in Series 2 of Shin Kessen Akuma vs. Tenshi Seal.

In the narrative of the Super Bikkuriman anime, Super Zeus assigns Rojin Hood the critical task of safeguarding and nurturing the young Phoenix while Zeus himself battles Super Devil. Throughout this period, Rojin Hood persists in his conflict against the Akuma forces. His story reaches its climax when Mashou Nero attacks Phoenix. To save the young charge, Rojin Hood sacrifices himself. This act of self-sacrifice directly triggers Phoenix's inaugural activation of Cyber Up, which subsequently destroys Nero.

Rojin Hood also features as a playable character in the video game *Bikkuriman World: Gekitō Sei Senshi*.
