CZ2128 Delta, also called CZ or Shizu, serves as an automaton battle maid within the Pleiades Six Stars squad of the Great Tomb of Nazarick. Created by the Supreme Being Garnet as a final defensive measure to delay intruders until guild members could prepare a last stand in the throne room, she possessed extensive knowledge of Nazarick's security systems. These memories were later altered by Ainz Ooal Gown to prevent potential information leaks.
Her distinctive appearance features a short stature, long straight red-gold hair, and an eyepatch covering her left eye, leaving only her visible right eye – emerald green with a target-mark pupil. She wears accessories with military camouflage patterns and a modified Pleiades maid uniform incorporating urban camouflage elements, complete with a "1 yen" sticker on her skirt and a white gun holstered at her waist.
