Description
Toron hatches as Sera and Zesuta's offspring, initially playful and non-verbal, communicating through squeaks during early hunts and explorations. His physical traits include blue scales, reddish body marks, a light blue forehead rhombus, orange stripes, and a blue underbelly.
After witnessing Sera and Zesuta’s deaths—Zesuta murdered by Barudo—Toron’s demeanor shifts to aggression, flaring during threats or vengeance pursuits. He confronts Barudo but is overpowered and swept downstream by a river, suffering memory loss. Washed ashore an island, Toron clashes with a spinosaurus later named Mesomeso; their hostility transforms into cooperation after surviving an earthquake and negotiating a food-sharing pact.
Stranded on the mainland after a failed mosasaur-and-whirlpool escape attempt, Toron meets Kirari, an Ankylosaurus. They share adventures where Toron provides daily berries before departing. Consumed by vengeance, Toron reengages Barudo. During their duel, he replicates the forest conditions of Zesuta’s demise, toppling trees to incapacitate Barudo, who confesses to betraying Zesuta after being saved by him.
When volcanic activity endangers herbivores and carnivores, Toron allies with Mesomeso and Kirari to persuade rival groups into diverting lava flows with rocks. Toron attempts self-sacrifice to position the rocks, but Barudo intervenes, redeeming himself by completing the task and perishing. This ensures the herds’ survival.
Toron reunites with Mesomeso and Kirari, followed by Sera’s return—revealed to have been rescued and healed by Pteranodons. Toron chooses to reside with Sera, while Mesomeso rejoins her mother on the island and Kirari departs for her jungle habitat.
