Description
Kizakura Kukuri wields the yellow Sword Eyes of Light and presides over the Sweetsmates, a major Megallanion-based corporation devoted to sweet foods. Her childhood was marked by hardship: orphaned under unclear circumstances, possibly abandonment, she survived on the streets where adults bullied her and seized hard-earned food. This forged her profound aversion to waste and imperfection, especially toward discarded items.
Her obsession with sweets drives her actions, motivating assistance in exchange for confections. Initially disinterested in her Sword Eyes role, she fiercely protects allies against injustices like Rirove Rakels' mistreatment of Suou or threats to friends. This loyalty evolves into supporting Tsurugi Tatewaki's mission to defeat Yaiba.
She first meets Tsurugi and Bringer aboard a boat, sampling cookies from Tsurugi's grandmother. Later, she directs them to childhood friend Sora Ryuyo for mechanical aid. Reluctant to join their quest initially, she reunites with them at Mt. Viridis, engaging in the conflict against the Sword Eyes of Darkness.
