Description
Kurea Komiyama is a professional female wrestler affiliated with the Berserk Wrestlers team. She possesses magenta hair featuring a distinctive yellow streak along the edge, partially covering her right eye, and has red eyes. Her wrestling attire is a red leather sleeveless top, red underwear, and black boots. Outside the ring representing Berserk, she wears the team's standard white jacket with red sleeves and collar, paired with red track pants.

While other Berserk members exhibit sadistic tendencies, Kurea displays a more aggressive demeanor centered on pride in her wrestling strength rather than outright mockery of opponents. She maintains a competitive and self-assured attitude regarding her in-ring capabilities.

Her wrestling style emphasizes power-based techniques and submission maneuvers. Signature moves include the Boston Crab Hold, German Suplex, Standing Powerbombs, and Backbreakers. Recognized as a "tank" within Berserk, she frequently competes against larger opponents due to her physical strength and resilience.

Kurea first appears during Berserk's training session for Sakura Hagiwara in Episode 2, swiftly defeating Sakura with a Piledriver. In Episode 4, she faces Sakura again, applying a Boston Crab Clutch. Despite Sakura's determination, Kurea overwhelms her with brute force and secures victory via Powerbomb. This match alters Kurea's view of Sakura, especially after witnessing Sakura defeat Rio Kazama later.

During a tournament in Episode 7, Kurea suffers a loss against a foreign wrestler. She later supports Berserk as part of Sakura's audience during the Blue Panther match. In Episodes 10-12, she serves as Rio Kazama's second, providing moral support and accompaniment to ringside. By Episode 13, she represents Berserk in a match against World Tiger IV.

The OVA special reveals her experience in "Sumo Lotion Wrestling," a variant involving grappling on oily terrain. She participates in sparring sessions with Sakura using this style.

Originally introduced as an unnamed background character performing the "Hellish Hundred Throws" on Sakura in Episode 4, she was formally named in Episode 8 as Sakura's designated opponent, establishing her recurring role within the series.
