Description
Jimsa is born as the first son of Queen Lilia and King Astralta III (formerly Prince Ithaca), rulers of the Cosmoralian Empire on Astria in the Andromeda Galaxy. His birth occurs during an invasion by hostile machines that assimilate human minds and transform Astria into a mechanized wasteland. After his father's assimilation and the planet's fall, infant Jimsa flees with his mother. They become separated in the desert, leaving Jimsa parted from both his mother and his twin sibling, Affle.
Raised by the desert guerrilla resistance under High Priest Kufu, an exile from conquered Murat, Jimsa grows alongside sentient robots Arc and Beta. Kufu reveals Jimsa's engineered heritage: generations of selective breeding by Murat refugees within Astria's royal line, designed to create resistance against the machines. This legacy grants Jimsa unique physiology, including the ability to project destructive energy beams.
Reunited with Affle in adolescence, Jimsa discovers she shares identical energy-beam capabilities. When combined, their powers amplify exponentially, forming a critical weapon against the invaders. This reunion reveals their previously unknown twin bond. Despite this revelation, they maintain a close connection, with narrative implications suggesting deeper emotional ties.
Jimsa's confrontation with the machines culminates in a joint assault with Affle. Their combined beams weaken the mechanical forces but prove insufficient for total victory. Kufu triggers Astria's destruction to annihilate the invaders permanently. Jimsa and Affle escape in a space capsule, bearing the responsibility to preserve biological life. Their capsule crash-lands on a primitive, lifeless world (implied as Earth), where their bodies break down and evolve over eons, seeding new human life. The narrative further suggests themes of reincarnation for Jimsa and Affle.
Throughout his journey, the sheltered heir becomes a reluctant warrior, driven by survival, heritage, and protecting his sister. Key relationships shape him: mentorship from Kufu, his complex bond with Affle, and his adversarial encounter with his assimilated mother, who urges passive assimilation before her demise.
