Description
Asumi Suido, younger sister to Koki Suido and daughter of Gori Suido—mayor of the 24th Ward—and Kanae Suido, a volunteer-oriented elementary teacher, bears a surname merging the characters for "green" (翠) and "hall" (堂). Her childhood forged inseparable bonds with her brother, Ran Akagi, and Shuta Aoi, nicknamed "RGB" for their vivid hair hues—red, green, and blue. Cheerful, pure, and universally cherished, she championed community initiatives like preserving Takara Elementary from demolition. She nurtured Ran’s graffiti ambitions and joined his advocacy for Shantytown’s marginalized residents.

A year before the main events, Asumi perished shielding Kozue Shirakaba—daughter of former teacher Hiroki Shirakaba—from collapsing debris during a fire at Takara Elementary. Shuta Aoi raced to save her but failed; she succumbed in his arms after escape. The blaze sparked by rats gnawing neglected electrical wiring, a hazard Shuta once overlooked. Her death shattered the community, leaving Kozue with debilitating survivor’s guilt and chronic school absence.

Secretly preserved by her parents for the Hazard Cast predictive network, Asumi’s brain functioned as its core processor. Initially deemed an unconscious biological component, fractured shards of her identity resurfaced, enduring the system’s disaster forecasts as visceral nightmares. Clinging to fragmented memories of her friends, she intermittently hijacked the network to send Ran, Koki, and Shuta urgent warnings—life-or-death trials demanding instant intervention.

Her ties to the RGB trio crystallized their grief:
- Koki, her protective older brother, buried fury and guilt beneath stoicism, haunted by his failure to safeguard her.
- Ran immortalized her as his muse through sprawling murals, wrestling with her absence while idealizing her spirit.
- Shuta, romantically devoted to her, discarded his "Mr. 24" hero identity after breaking his vow to protect her, spiraling into self-recrimination and depression.

In the climax, the trio confronted the Hazard Cast core, communing with her lingering consciousness. Acknowledging her torment, they urged her to relinquish the system. She voiced pride in their resilience, absolving them of grief. Her consciousness then dissolved, deactivating Hazard Cast. This farewell granted closure, inspiring the characters to steward the community in her legacy.
