Ninny Spangcole is a Witch employed by Wing Bind in Reverse London, the western branch of Soul Society where dragons are managed and kept hidden from the human world. She holds the rank of second-class protection officer within the Pipers division and serves as the senior partner to Noel Niihashi. In her civilian life in Front London, Ninny is the leader of a popular idol group called Cecile Die Twice, a career that existed before and continues alongside her work as a Witch. She is a young woman with long blonde hair tied into twin pigtails and green eyes, and her appearance is often accentuated by accessories such as a shawl, suspenders, shorts, and stockings.
