Transported to feudal Japan alongside Batman, his allies, and enemies during a Gorilla Grodd experiment at Arkham Asylum, Catwoman initially positioned herself as a double agent between Batman and Grodd. After Batman escaped the Joker's samurai forces, she met with him, explained events since their displacement, and assisted in locating Alfred Pennyworth's makeshift Batcave outside Edo. During a confrontation with the Joker and Harley Quinn, Catwoman betrayed Batman to aid Grodd, but upon learning the Joker's full plans, she switched allegiances back to Batman's side, helping defeat the villains. Following the conflict's resolution, she returned to present-day Gotham City and sold weapons and furniture salvaged from castle robots at an antique shop. Catwoman possesses advanced hand-to-hand combat and acrobatic skills and wields a whip as her primary weapon.
