Description
Asumi Suidō, younger sister to Koki Suidō and childhood friend to Shuta Aoi and Ran Akagi, grew up with them in Tokyo Bay's artificial 24th Ward. Their inseparable bond earned them the nickname "RGB" due to their distinctive hair colors. Cheerful, kind, and pure-hearted, Asumi was widely admired in the community. She actively championed local causes, notably opposing the demolition of Takara Elementary School. Alongside Ran and others, she transformed the school into a community center through art initiatives.

Her relationships with the three boys differed. Koki, her protective older brother, acted as a responsible figure in her life. Ran saw her as a close friend and artistic muse, inspired by her encouragement of his graffiti and their shared passion for helping marginalized residents in the ward's shantytown. Shuta harbored unexpressed romantic feelings; their bond deepened after her mother's death when he promised to become her hero and provided emotional support.

Asumi died in a fire at Takara Elementary School. While rescuing a trapped child, Kozue Shirakaba, she shielded Kozue from falling debris, sustaining critical injuries. Shuta reached her but couldn't save her, and she died in his arms. The fire's cause was faulty wiring damaged by rodents, compounding Shuta's guilt as he had known about the rodent issue but not the wiring damage.

After her death, her parents covertly used her body for a technology project. Her brain was integrated into the KANAE System, also called Hazard Cast, a surveillance network designed to predict and prevent crimes in the 24th Ward. Unbeknownst to its operators, fragments of her consciousness persisted within the network. Over time, these fragments regained awareness, leaving her disoriented about her existence and tormented by the system's visions of impending disasters.

A year after her death, her residual consciousness contacted Shuta, Ran, and Koki via simultaneous phone calls, presenting visions of future crises. These visions granted them enhanced collaborative abilities to intervene, such as preventing a train collision involving their friend Mari Sakuragi. Her communications compelled the trio to confront moral dilemmas and systemic corruption in the ward, driven by her desire to protect the community.

In the climax, Shuta, Ran, and Koki discovered her consciousness within the KANAE System. Confronting her directly at its core, she expressed her suffering and desire for release. After they assured her they would protect the ward through other means, she initiated the system's self-termination, erasing her remaining consciousness. This allowed her to achieve closure, with each friend bidding her a personal farewell.
