TV-Series
Description
Leo Constantine Pinochle is the son of Theodore Constantine Pinochle, CEO of the Pinochle automobile company. He manages Pinochle's Old Maid branch and leads within the secret High Card organization, operating under the King of Fourland's direct orders to retrieve scattered X-Playing Cards. His duties include overseeing High Card missions and disciplining subordinates.

He possesses a pale complexion, blonde hair, and blue eyes. His signature attire features a dark blue blazer with lion brooches, a light blue shirt, brown tie, blue suit trousers, and brown gloves adorned with multiple rings. Despite being only 14 years old, Leo demands respect, wielding a sharp tongue and exhibiting a sadistic streak. He is incapable of admitting fault and maintains a cold distance from others. Yet, he demonstrates genuine concern for his subordinates, such as sending candy to an orphanage to apologize for inconveniencing them. His privileged upbringing leaves him unfamiliar with everyday experiences, including never having tried a hot dog before joining High Card. He habitually bites his nails when tense.

Leo attends Rummy College, a public school where he commands an entourage. He grew up under his father's demanding expectations, initially holding Theodore in deep respect. This dynamic fractures when Leo challenges Theodore's pragmatic lack of compassion, especially after Theodore dismisses the value of saving loved ones. Leo explicitly rejects becoming like his father during this confrontation. His relationship with Theodore is further strained by suspicions regarding Theodore's closeness to his secretary, Owen Alldays.

His X-Playing Card is the 7 of Diamonds, "Never No Dollars." This ability allows him to instantly exchange any money within his sight for an object of equivalent value, most frequently weapons. The money used does not need to belong to him or be physically in his possession, enabling versatile summoning from various angles. This power reflects his affinity for spending money and leverages his access to wealth.

Character development unfolds when High Card operations halt after Theodore's kidnapping by the Klondike Mafia. During this suspension, Leo attends college and experiences ordinary student life, contrasting sharply with his usual high-stakes world. His tactical acumen remains acknowledged as unmatched despite his abrasive personality. CD dramas depict further moments where his underlying care for his team surfaces, such as compensating subordinates for disrupted personal plans.
