Lilith is a newly appointed shrine maiden (miko) directly chosen by Paradise's ruler, the Mamamega. Her selection surprises many, including herself, due to her initial self-doubt, though the Mamamega believes in her latent potential. Tasked with recruiting more shrine maidens for the new Mamamega, Lilith approaches candidates like the reluctant Stashia and master swordswoman Juliana. Her recruitment efforts face complications from Rurubell, a persistent young girl determined to join despite Lilith's assessment of her inexperience.

Lilith wields magical abilities centered on summoning spirits through incantations. She actively joins the fight against Yamimama's forces, who seek to steal the Astro Star and conquer Paradise, proving herself as a Chosen One central to preserving Paradise's peace. Her vulnerabilities surface when Maharaja, a subordinate of Yamimama, captures her using a whip. This captivity culminates in Yamimama draining Lilith's power. The draining process unfolds on a stone plinth with notable physical consequences: her clothing is removed down to her underwear and further shreds as the power-sapping intensifies.

She operates cooperatively with fellow shrine maidens Stashia, Juliana, and the insistent Rurubell to counter their antagonists. A notable incident involves Lilith and Rurubell accidentally landing in a compromising position. Lilith's leadership and combat contributions remain vital during the defense of Paradise against Yamimama's assault.
