He later served as captain of the goblin riders and transitioned to Head of Security. Ultimately, he ascended to Prime Minister, managing internal affairs, civil administration, citizenship, and diplomatic relations. In this role, he holds the highest authority after Rimuru, handling most governance outside wartime. Personality-wise, Rigurd exhibits stoicism yet is prone to emotional outbursts, particularly concerning his family.
