Description
Kate is a young girl of European descent with blonde hair and blue eyes. Kidnapped from her family under unclear circumstances at a very young age, she was forcibly taken to Africa. There, the leader of a local tribe installed her as a living deity. He exploited her perceived divine status to manipulate his people, using her presence to legitimize his authority, enforce commands, and order executions. Compelled to participate against her will, Kate lived under constant threat of punishment if she resisted, enduring isolation and coercion devoid of personal freedom or autonomy.

Her situation changed upon encountering travelers Wataru Murakami and Zega, a Maasai chief. Mistaking Wataru for a threat during their initial wilderness meeting, Kate prepared to attack him with her spear. After Wataru identified himself and assured her of his peaceful intent, she lowered her weapon and joined their group, escaping her enforced divine role. Liberated, Kate became a traveling companion to Wataru and Zega, assisting them as they navigated the dangers of the African landscape in search of Wataru's father. Her primary motivation throughout this journey remains the hope of reuniting with her biological parents; whether this goal is achieved remains unresolved.

Following her rescue, Kate's narrative focus diminishes. She participates in the group's subsequent adventures, including encounters with hostile tribes, confrontations with fantastical creatures like giant reptiles, and an unexpected time displacement to the dinosaur era. Her involvement primarily functions as support within the trio, with reduced exploration of her personal history, skills, or internal growth during these shared experiences.
