Description
Mirai is the Bronze Saint of Canis Minor in the 20th century. He trains under Pavo Mayura in the Togakushi Mountains with fellow disciple Shinato. After Mayura is incapacitated by injuries from a past Sanctuary rebellion, both disciples remain committed to guarding her secluded retreat and repelling intruders.

Physically, Mirai appears as a youthful adolescent, likely aged 13 to 15, possessing a slim yet athletic build honed by rigorous Saint training. His notable features include large eyes and distinctive eyebrows. He consistently wears a ninja-inspired outfit comprising shorts, a sleeveless top secured by a dark sash, arm bandages, and a bandana. His footwear consists of black socks paired with sandals.

Mirai consistently displays a cheerful personality. He exhibits a teasing demeanor, particularly towards Equuleus Shōko, questioning her readiness to become a Saint while simultaneously acknowledging her unwavering determination. This respect for her resolve prompts him to request Mayura's permission to repair Shōko's Cloth and offer his own blood for the repairs. He once failed to recognize Shinato's true gender due to her masculine behavior, later apologizing upon discovery. He maintains awareness of his actions' consequences, showing immediate concern about potentially fatal outcomes after his attack leaves Shōko unconscious.

Mirai channels his Cosmo to generate powerful electrical currents from his index finger. He exhibits precise control over this ability, modulating its intensity based on situational demands. Documented demonstrations include destroying stone steps and incapacitating Shōko before her formal Saint training. As a Bronze Saint, his combat speed reaches Mach 1. His Bronze Cloth provides protection against extreme cold temperatures as low as -150° Celsius.

His documented activities center on Togakushi. There, he and Shinato confront Shō during his attempt to meet Mayura. Initially dismissing Shō's claim that Athena personally granted his Cloth, they accuse him of deception and temporarily seize his armor. After Shō persists and manifests his Cosmo, Mirai employs his electric attack to render him unconscious. Following Shō's recovery and Mayura's acceptance of him as a disciple, Mirai and Shinato share a meal with him. This leads to a discussion about Mayura's training philosophy regarding desires potentially acting as poison. During this conversation, Eris's influence manifests through vines and brambles that trap both Mirai and Shinato while attacking Shō. They subsequently witness Mayura's confrontation with Eris's venom and Shō's unexpected liberation from the "Eternal Rock" sealing technique.
