Initially operating as an informant for Free Underbar, Axel evades retaliation after botching a deal by trading legitimate intel. He later infiltrates a mission to steal a page from the Black Fairy Tome during a clash between Cain Distarol and Free’s group. Exploiting his fairy companion to create a distraction, he swipes the page but is shot by Bitter Sweet. Surviving the gunshot, he flees and resurfaces under Beevee Liscar’s scrutiny, though their exchange stays shrouded.
