Description
The character known as "Father" is a lethargic, perennially unemployed figure whose life takes an abrupt turn when he stumbles upon an unsolicited email offering him a job at Neko Kikaku. This opportunity thrusts him into the heart of a cryptic conspiracy behind the sudden vanishings of Nyagoya City’s cats. His abrupt recruitment acts as the catalyst for his son Takumi—a reclusive feline NEET—to abandon his idle existence and venture into a perilous quest to save him.
Neko Kikaku’s clandestine ambitions, entangled with the feline disappearances, drive the unfolding mystery, though their precise objectives stay concealed. As the events escalate, Father’s unintended role in the crisis emerges as a pivotal element of the narrative, compelling Takumi to unravel cryptic clues, confront hidden dangers, and expose the company’s secrets to ensure his father’s survival. The story confines its focus to Father’s present circumstances, omitting elaboration on his history, external relationships, or aspirations beyond his precarious employment.
