OVA
Description
Sheila strictly enforces rules as the discipline officer for apprentice witches in District A. Her perfectionist drive stems from childhood abandonment after her witch mother violated customs by leaving to live with her warlock father in the Warlock Realm, hardening Sheila emotionally. This fuels her determination to become a powerful, self-reliant witch.

When Arusu releases captive fairies, Sheila and Eva are punished by the Grand Master with the Curse of Eternal Youth for failing to control Arusu. This curse halts their physical aging and drives Sheila's primary goal for much of the series: recapturing all 100 fairy species to lift the curse, motivated significantly by concern for Eva's well-being. Her initial hostility toward Arusu's unconventional methods and pacifist beliefs gradually shifts as shared experiences foster mutual reliance.

Her development intensifies during warlock conflicts. Tasked by the Grand Master with uncovering a traitor among the witches, she initially suspects colleagues like Barunn, Nerabu, or Biris, unaware the true betrayer is closer. This mission strains her relationships, yet her loyalty to Eva leads her to make morally complex choices, such as drugging Arusu and sending her aboard the Ludens deportation ship. This act, seemingly a betrayal, is later revealed as a desperate attempt to protect Eva and fulfill her mission.

Her worldview evolves from rigid duty to embracing cooperation. Confrontations within warlock society—where her mixed heritage places her uniquely—and revelations about her mother's past facilitate reconciliation. By the series' conclusion, she advocates unity between witches and warlocks to rebuild their realm, symbolizing her transition from isolation to collective trust. The Curse of Eternal Youth is ultimately lifted after the realm's restoration.

In the OVA *Tweeny Witches: The Adventures*, Sheila participates in episodic magical mishaps and apprentice training, maintaining her pragmatic approach and underlying protectiveness toward her friends.
