Cindy Robinson is an American voice actress with an extensive career in anime dubbing, animation, and video games. Born on April 6, 1968, she began her performance career on the Broadway stage, appearing in notable productions such as Stephen Sondheim's Into the Woods, Peter Pan, and the Tony Award-winning revival of Carousel at Lincoln Center. After moving to Hollywood, she transitioned into voice acting, leveraging her vocal training and stage experience to bring a wide range of animated characters to life.

Robinson's voice can be heard in a vast array of English dubs of Japanese anime. Her filmography includes some of the most prominent series in the medium. She is known for her long-running role as Kukaku Shiba and Kiyone Kotetsu in the long-running series Bleach. In the Viz Media redub of the classic Sailor Moon series, she voiced the primary antagonist Queen Beryl. She also took on the leading role of the bodyguard Balsa in the critically acclaimed series Moribito: Guardian of the Spirit. Her other significant anime credits include Ozaki Kouyou in Bungo Stray Dogs, Barbaray Rose in BNA: Brand New Animal, Dr. Atsuko Chiba and her alter-ego Paprika in the film Paprika, and the Chimera Ant Queen in Hunter x Hunter (2011 series).
