Description
Kazan, a sole survivor of the Jaula Blanca Institute attack that killed most other children, sports greenish blond hair reaching his shoulders, blue eyes, and a clean-shaven face. He exists solely to serve Kirisame, a childhood friend from Jaula Blanca, lacking personal thoughts or independent motivations; this unwavering loyalty defines his purpose and actions.
Possessing high combat abilities, Kazan specializes in spear fighting. He re-emerges near the end of Episode 13, reintroducing himself to Koku and attempting to blackmail him into joining the White Cage organization for a mission. His role significantly expands in the second season, actively advancing Kirisame's objectives.
As part of Kirisame's plan to manipulate Koku into performing killings, Kazan participates in framing Koku for political assassinations, including the King of Cremona. He engages in multiple confrontations, notably battling Koku at a cathedral during Season 2. Later, he fights Yuna and Izanami simultaneously at the docks on the Island of Mystery, where they "double-teamed" him. Despite these conflicts, Kazan survives and appears fully healed by the end of Episode 18.
His survival and continued presence indicate an ongoing role within White Cage's operations.
