Lulu is a cheerful crew member of the dragon-shaped carrier Daiku Maryu, relying on her uncanny intuition to fulfill her duties. Her abduction by the antagonist Proist exposes her vulnerability; Proist exploits her as a hostage to coerce the Daiku Maryu crew during conflicts. After Captain Garis's tenure, Lulu rises to command the vessel. Her presence bolsters crew cohesion, especially during pivotal moments demanding unity, such as the formation of the powerful mech Gaiking the Great by those fighting for freedom.
