Exposed in his deception, he flees only to later track the group to Dovan Volcano and offer his assistance, marking his entry into the Riders' journey.

Physically, Debli possesses a stout frame and sports distinctive blue spiky hair, partially tied at the front. His attire features Arzuros Armor layered over pink clothing, complemented by an abacus-like device carried on his back. He wears a fake Kinship Stone, crafted by Dr. Manelger, on his right arm.

His personality balances shrewd opportunism and greed, often seeking quick profit, with a tendency toward cowardice in peril. Yet, he reveals an underlying decency, stepping forward to aid others or face challenges when needed. This partner regularly ignores commands, acting independently, yet consistently steers Debli toward safety or advantageous spots. Great Poogie displays unexpected strength, such as knocking over a formidable Stygian Zinogre. Their tumultuous partnership defines Debli, leading him to undertake side quests to strengthen their bond.

Following Dovan Volcano, he relocates to Paupau Beach, a haven for Felynes. He participates in subsequent missions, including efforts to rescue Avinia, collaborating with groups like the Numbers. During these arcs, he teams strategically with characters such as Nariki.

His development includes a minor appearance in *Monster Hunter Stories 2: Wings of Ruin*, depicted in a flashback assisting Avinia, reaffirming his enduring connection to the Rider community.
