Sapphire serves as Miyu's partner and is the younger sibling counterpart to Magical Ruby. Compared to Ruby, Sapphire exhibits a more mature, formal, and responsible personality. She takes her duties seriously, follows orders diligently, and avoids frivolous behavior. This straightforwardness sometimes leaves her vulnerable to Ruby's teasing or schemes. Sapphire demonstrates loyalty and care toward Miyu, extending this protectiveness to those Miyu values, though she can display formal rudeness toward individuals she deems unworthy. During the *Prisma Causeway* event, Sapphire traveled with Ruby, Miyu, and Illyasviel von Einzbern toward the Mirror World when the First Lady summoned them into her Reality Marble. After Miyu was captured by Connacht ☆ Medb and restrained by the Anti-Magical Girl Mystic Code *Voile de Deuil*, Sapphire located her. Miyu instructed Sapphire to deliver a warning to Illya about the First Lady's threat rather than attempt a direct rescue. Sapphire recorded Miyu's message detailing the First Lady's plan to lure Magical Girls from multiple worlds for a nefarious purpose. Sapphire later reached the Land of Snow and Honey. There, she agreed to Ruby's request to form a temporary contract with Mash Kyrielight to fend off Mini Cu. Afterward, she played Miyu's recorded message for the group. Sapphire speculated that Miyu withheld the First Lady's true identity to protect Illya. She participated in subsequent battles against Medb and the First Lady's forces, lending her power to Illya to hold off enemies while the group advanced. Sapphire possesses abilities identical to Ruby as a Kaleidostick. She grants her wielder unlimited magical energy via the Mana Plane, constrained only by the user's Magic Circuits.
