Jill Böttcher, also known professionally as Jill Schulz, is a German voice actor and dialogue director born on November 7, 1986, in Berlin. She began her career in entertainment at a young age, appearing as a child actor in television series such as Hallo, Onkel Doc! and Wolffs Revier. In 2000, she transitioned into voice acting, taking on her first synchronization role for the series Malcolm mittendrin.

Böttcher has built an extensive career lending her voice to numerous characters in anime and animated series. She is particularly well-known for her long-standing role as Sonoko Suzuki in the German dub of the Detective Conan franchise, a part she has voiced since the third film, Detective Conan: The Magician of the Last Century, released in 2008. Her work in the series includes many subsequent films, such as Detective Conan: The Scarlet Bullet, Case Closed: The Fist of Blue Sapphire, and Lupin III vs. Detective Conan The Movie.

Beyond Detective Conan, her anime voice roles are extensive. She has voiced Konoka Konoe in various Magister Negi Magi productions, including Negima!? Spring OVA and Negima!? Summer OVA. She played Haruka Suzumiya in Rumbling Hearts, Natsuki Taga in Guyver: The Bioboosted Armor, and Shouko Nishimiya in the film A Silent Voice. Other notable roles include Satone Shichimiya in Love, Chunibyo & Other Delusions! -Heart Throb-, Magical Sapphire in the Fate/kaleid liner Prisma Illya series, Chang Lu Steiner in revisions, and Reiko Natsume in Natsume Yujin-cho the Movie: Ephemeral Bond. She also voiced the character Dan in Shin Kyūseishu Densetsu Hokuto no Ken: Kenshirō-den.

Her voice work is not limited to anime. Böttcher is the German voice of Bloom in the long-running Winx Club franchise and has voiced Daphne Blake in various Scooby-Doo productions. She is also recognized as the German dub for several prominent actresses, including Ariana Grande in Victorious and Sam & Cat, Ashley Benson in Pretty Little Liars, and Molly C. Quinn as Alexis Castle in the series Castle.

In addition to her voice acting, Böttcher has expanded her role in the industry to include dialogue writing and directing for German dubs and audio plays, with credits including Bibi & Tina. She is married to fellow German voice actor Sebastian Schulz.
