TV Special
Description
Lili is a musical Fata fairy associated with Seiso Academy. He possesses light purple hair, violet eyes, distinct long ears, and characteristic blue wings. His attire includes white pants, strappy shoes, and a collar resembling a blue feather, complemented by a brown pouch and a sceptre he always carries.

His origin stems from being discovered injured in a garden bush by the founder of Seiso Academy. The founder rescued him, and in gratitude, Lili pledged to bless the future school, forging his enduring allegiance to the academy and its Intra School Concourse.

Lili's primary ability involves granting magical items to select individuals. He bestowed a magic violin upon Kahoko Hino, a General Education student, enabling anyone with music in their heart to play it. This allowed Kahoko to participate in the school's musical competition despite her initial lack of training. He later provided a ring to Ritsu Kisaragi, which was passed to Kanade Kohinata. Lili expresses surprise when individuals like Kahoko see him, as this perception is typically limited to those he chooses.

He wields several magical powers: Concealing Magic to make himself less noticeable (though he once weakened this magic to become visible to more people), Changeling magic demonstrated by swapping minds between characters like Ryoutarou and Keiichi in a special edition, and the ability to alter outfits, as seen when he changed Kahoko's attire.

In the *secondo passo* specials, Lili continues supporting Kahoko's musical development during the Seiso Academy music competitions. His interventions facilitate new interactions among participants, including a newly introduced blond character. His role remains that of a benefactor enabling non-music students to engage with the academy's musical traditions.

Lili's actions are driven by his belief that music should be accessible and shared by everyone, not just formally trained students. His blessings and magical interventions directly facilitate this philosophy, impacting the academy's annual concours and the lives of those involved.
