Hyouma Yoshimura, known as "Mr. Jaguar," is a highly experienced member of the Superhuman Bureau in his late 30s. He plays a supportive role within the organization and is respected by other main characters. Yoshimura speaks sparingly and maintains a cynical demeanor despite his handsome appearance.

He originates from the 25th century, where he served as an agent of the Time Patrol before traveling to the past. Three distinct versions of Yoshimura coexist: his present self with the Superhuman Bureau, his future self from the Time Patrol (Jaguar), and another future version associated with IQ (Akira). The version working with the Bureau is the Time Patrol iteration, who became a founding member after deciding to change history for the better.

Yoshimura wields the ability to partially or fully transform into a jaguar-like creature, granting superhuman speed and wall-climbing capabilities; this necessitates temporary alterations to his clothing. His jaguar form can be ridden by others. Additionally, he manipulates time—stopping, reversing, or accelerating it—using a pocket watch bearing the Time Patrol insignia (T.P.). This device originated from future time travel research, creating a paradox regarding its existence.

A genius physicist, Yoshimura created Equus, a transforming mecha vehicle, prior to establishing IQ. His actions across timelines create complex paradoxes; he eliminates his IQ iteration (Akira) to preserve the timeline, an act potentially negating his own existence. He persists because his watch enables the research that eventually develops time travel technology, ensuring the Time Patrol's formation.
