Lala is the fairy partner and steadfast friend to Majorika, maintaining her optimism even after Majorika's transformation into a witch frog. She assists Majorika and the witch apprentices with their duties and teaches other fairies when available.

Her appearance features fair skin, light purple eyes, and very long, wavy blonde hair extending nearly to her thighs. This hair is styled with short bangs and two curled antennae-like strands. She wears lipstick, earrings, and a white cone hat. Lala's outfit is a white one-piece garment adorned with a green gem on the chest. Bunched pale chartreuse fabric at each thigh connects to puffy chartreuse lace covering her legs, and she accessorizes with a gold bangle beneath one shoulder and a bracelet. In her cat form, she appears pure white with a long, thin tail and curled whiskers.

Personally, Lala presents a friendly, compassionate, and sociable nature, forming a distinct contrast to Majorika's abrasive greed. She respectfully offers support and advice to the girls during their struggles. Generally level-headed and mature, Lala can also be stern when needed, readily pointing out Majorika's errors or playfully teasing others. She occasionally displays impatience and hot-headedness, especially in her rivalry with Hehe, leading to arguments or physical fights. Despite this, she shows tolerance toward the lazy and difficult Baba.

Lala first appears in cat form on Majorika's lap when Doremi discovers the magic shop. She shares Majorika's horror as Doremi exposes Majorika's witch identity, triggering the transformation into a frog. After this event, Lala startles Doremi further by reverting to her fairy form. She quickly adapts, aiding Doremi and Majorika as Doremi begins her witch apprenticeship, providing consistent assistance and guidance throughout their endeavors.
