Her story begins in Misora, where she formed a deep friendship with Doremi Harukaze in kindergarten; this bond became crucial, as Hazuki often relied on Doremi to voice her own feelings. Coming from a wealthy family, Hazuki received a strict, etiquette-focused upbringing that sheltered her. Her parents, especially her mother, enrolled her in numerous activities like ballet and violin, which Hazuki initially pursued to avoid disappointing them rather than from personal desire, contributing to her struggles with self-expression and confidence.

Physically, Hazuki has long brown hair, typically in a ponytail secured by an orange bow, with short bangs and a long fringe on her left side. She wears round glasses.
