Birthday is a carefree and energetic young man who works as a private investigator in Yokohama. He is a Minimum Holder, an individual born with a special supernatural ability that is activated by a specific action. In his case, Birthday can manipulate electricity by biting the end of a taser or making physical contact with another electrical conductor. His ability allows him to channel and amplify external electrical sources, and he is completely immune to electric shocks, even able to bite high-voltage power lines without harm. He often carries a battery or stun gun to ensure a ready power supply for his fights.
Birthday is a young man with blond hair that features a distinctive pink shading, though his eyes are typically hidden behind a pair of sunglasses that he rarely removes. His usual outfit consists of a yellow shirt and a tracksuit, which is dark red in the first season and black in the second season, completed by a pair of sandals.
