Description
Hina Hikawa is a first-year student at Keiho Women's University, having previously attended Haneoka Girls' High School where she served as student council president. She is the guitarist for the idol-inspired band Pastel*Palettes and the younger twin sister of Sayo Hikawa.

She has sharp green eyes and light, wavy teal hair styled in shoulder-length curls, with sections braided on either side and held by tiny yellow bows. Her casual attire often features tomboyish clothing like pants or shorts, and she frequently wears a gingham jacket on or around her waist.

A natural genius with an impeccable memory, Hina masters new skills almost instantly, sometimes with just one attempt. She easily remembers complex scenario logs and sheet music, earns top test scores, and speaks English fluently with native-like proficiency. However, she quickly grows bored and constantly seeks new, interesting activities. Cheerful, carefree, and candid, she is always honest and self-assured, though her relaxed mindset often leaves her unaware when she inadvertently insults others. She finds intrigue in people who are different and in things she doesn't understand. Hina also enjoys teasing her friends, especially Aya Maruyama, whose crying she finds interesting. She frequently uses unusual ideophones like "boppin'♪" or "pipi" (ピピッ) to describe things.

Unlike her sister Sayo, who once disliked being a twin, Hina always embraced it. She loves and supports her sister unconditionally, though their conflicting personalities often led to arguments. Hina would adopt Sayo's hobbies hoping to spend time together, but this backfired as Sayo felt copied and outperformed, deepening her inferiority complex. Over time, the twins grew to understand each other better, and Sayo began treating Hina more kindly.

Hina started playing guitar after seeing Sayo do so and joined Pastel*Palettes by passing an audition. Initially claiming she joined just to kill time, she gradually grew more invested in the band through her experiences with the other members, particularly due to Aya's efforts.

Her hobbies include making aroma oils and perfumes, playing volleyball, and reading the occult magazine "Supernatural Encounters." She developed a strong interest in extraterrestrial phenomena, supernatural beings, and cryptids after a specific event, and became an avid reader of the magazine after noticing an issue used as a movie prop. Hina dislikes tofu skins and other flavorless foods, preferring gum, candy, and junk food. Despite her high intelligence, she struggles with map symbols.

She attends Roselia's shows to watch her sister perform, sometimes in disguise after being caught and told not to by Sayo. Hina was the sole member of her school's Astronomy Club, which other girls called "The Weirdos Club," a reputation that deterred potential new members.

In game interactions, Hina engages with various characters during Lives and in end-of-game dialogues.
