Ari Ozawa

Ari Ozawa is a Japanese voice actress from Tokyo, born on August 10, 1992. She is affiliated with the agency I'm Enterprise, which she joined in April 2013. Her interest in voice acting began during her seventh-grade year when she became a fan of the anime and manga series Negima!. To fund her training, she worked as a nursery teacher's assistant. Ozawa attended the Japan Narration Acting Institute, where she trained for six years before entering the industry. She holds a qualification in cooking.
Ozawa's first leading role, and one of her most recognized, came in 2014 as Chiyo Sakura in the romantic comedy Monthly Girls' Nozaki-kun. This role marked a significant starting point in her career. She has since portrayed a wide variety of characters across many anime series. Some of her notable roles include the energetic Papi in Monster Musume, the survival-focused Kurumi Ebisuzawa in School-Live!, and the skilled swordswoman Kirin Todo in The Asterisk War. In 2016, she voiced the protagonist Mizuki Usami in the school comedy This Art Club Has a Problem!.
Ozawa is also well-known for her long-running role as Hina Hikawa in the multimedia franchise BanG Dream!. She voices the talented and cheerful guitarist for the band Pastel*Palettes, appearing in the anime series, films, and the popular mobile game BanG Dream! Girls Band Party!. This role has involved significant musical performance as part of the project's voice actor units.
Her career includes a broad range of other roles, such as Fai Fai in Endro!, Metatron in The Seven Heavenly Virtues, Re-L Rayford in Akashic Records of Bastard Magical Instructor, Runa Suruga in High School Fleet, and Conny in The Promised Neverland. In video games, she is known for voicing Xiangling in Genshin Impact, several characters in Kantai Collection including Prinz Eugen, and Koharu in Sword Art Online: Integral Factor.
In 2017, Ozawa was honored with the Best Rookie Actress Award at the 11th Seiyu Awards for her performances.
