After Nobunaga's defeat, Shishimaru departed Earth with the Black Lions and his ally Yuki Hayabusa, committing to an ongoing campaign against the White Devils across the universe. This concluded his manga arc, though the anime adaptation ended ambiguously without depicting these later events.
