Chiffon, a baby fairy from the Palmier Kingdom, accompanies Love Momozono, Miki Aono, and Inori Yamabuki on their trip to Minato Mirai in Yokohama. She embodies infant-like wonder, exploring her surroundings with curiosity and innocence. When the entity Fusion attacks, Tart protects Chiffon initially before entrusting the fairy to the three girls. Chiffon soon wanders off unnoticed, sparking a search. During her exploration, the fairy discovers the Rainbow Miracle Light, a magical heart-shaped crystal torch that transforms courage into power. Unaware of the nearby conflict, Chiffon plays with the object near the battle site. This leads her directly to the climactic confrontation between the fourteen Pretty Cure warriors and Fusion. Delivering the Rainbow Miracle Light allows the warriors to channel a collective attack, utilizing its power to execute the "Rainbow Miracle Light" purification technique which defeats Fusion.
