Description
Weather Report, born Domenico Pucci, is the fraternal twin of Enrico Pucci, stolen as an infant by a bereaved woman and raised as Wes Bluemarine. Working as a juice delivery boy in his youth, he unknowingly formed a romantic bond with his biological sister, Perla Pucci. Their relationship incited Enrico’s interference, inadvertently summoning the Ku Klux Klan. The ensuing attack drove Perla to suicide and left Wes nearly lynched. Surviving the trauma awakened his Stand, granting dominion over weather phenomena—a power that thwarted his later suicide attempts through environmental intervention.

Enrico erased Wes’s memories using Whitesnake, leaving him an amnesiac inmate at Green Dolphin Street Prison under the alias Weather Report. Eccentric and introverted, he displayed a quiet resolve to protect others, often disregarding personal risk. His peculiar habits—proximity during conversations, tiptoe walking—masked a simmering disdain for hidden corruption. Restored memories reignited his fury, transforming him into a vengeful force fixated on destroying Enrico.

His Stand, Weather Report, harnessed precise atmospheric manipulation: redirecting attacks via air stratification, crafting oxygen-rich cloud suits, or summoning lethal frog-infested rain. A latent ability, Heavy Weather, leaked subliminal messages through rainbows, inducing physical snail transformations in victims. This uncontrollable power risked global catastrophe by eroding the ozone layer, fueled by Weather’s unresolved trauma.

Allied with Jolyne Cujoh’s group, he battled adversaries like Lang Rangler, countering decompression with pressurized cloud armor. Merging with the Green Baby after Enrico’s fusion marked him with a star-shaped birthmark, mirroring his brother’s. His restored memories sharpened his tactics: he weaponized frozen blood and subliminal rainbows against Enrico, dominating their final clash until fatal injuries claimed him. His Stand, inherited by Emporio Alniño, proved instrumental in Enrico’s defeat. Anasui noted Weather’s fleeting peace in death, his vengeance fulfilled.

Visually distinct with a horned buffalo hat and dark bodysuit, his post-fusion star birthmark symbolized his entwined fate with Enrico. Spin-offs like *JoJo's Bizarre Adventure: All-Star Battle R* translate his abilities into gameplay through weather-driven attacks and status-altering mechanics.
