OVA
Description
Chirico Cuvie is an experimental super soldier, laboratory-grown with regenerative capabilities, enhanced luck, and superhuman sensory perception. His physical appearance features short blue hair and an athletic build, typically clad in a military uniform adorned with leather shoulder pads. The blue hair acts as a Mark of the Supernatural, signifying his lineage among the Children of God.

Extensive combat and psychological trauma initially rendered him outwardly emotionless, perceived as mechanical and aloof. Beneath this exterior, he retained underlying humanity, demonstrating a capacity for emotional connection and ethical decision-making. Created as part of a military experiment on Sunsa, adoptive parents studying his healing abilities perished during an invasion when he was ten. Chirico survived catastrophic burns in this incident, revealing his extraordinary resilience.

Enlisting in the Melkian military at sixteen, he became an Armored Trooper pilot, distinguishing himself during the Hundred Years War between the Gilgamesh Federation and Balarant. His exceptional survivability earned him transfer to the elite Red Shoulder Battalion under Colonel Yoran Pailsen. Training employed extreme darwinistic methods, testing his physical and mental limits and inflicting lasting trauma that later triggered paralyzing flashbacks. Following a near-fatal confrontation with Pailsen and surviving the battalion's intended termination at the Battle of Sunsa, the Red Shoulders disbanded.

A pivotal covert mission to retrieve a capsule containing a woman—later named Fyana, a Perfect Soldier prototype—ended in betrayal, leaving Chirico for dead. This event transformed him into a fugitive pursued by military forces and secret societies, igniting his personal war to uncover conspiracies surrounding Fyana and his own origins. His journey spanned diverse environments: the lawless city Uoodo, the jungles of Kummen, space aboard Battleship X, and the ancient-tech planet Quent.

Through these conflicts, he evolved from an emotionless soldier obeying orders to an independent actor defying immoral commands. Relationships with companions like salvager Gotho and fighters Vanilla and Coconna fostered gradual emotional development, though predominant stoicism remained. His bond with Fyana proved significant, as she mirrored his nature as an artificial weapon yet exhibited greater emotional expressiveness.

His abilities include rapid healing—recovering from fractured hips in days and crippling injuries in weeks—extreme durability, surviving impacts like space station collisions, and preternatural combat instincts. As a pilot, he specialized in operating mass-produced Armored Troopers over custom units, frequently abandoning or replacing destroyed machines. Records confirm his use of at least twenty-three different mechs during his military career, often acquired through salvage or theft. His tactical approach emphasized adaptability, utilizing standard-issue weaponry like the anti-vehicle "Armor Magnum" pistol to overcome superior forces.

Post-war revelations unveiled his destiny as an Overman, genetically engineered to succeed the entity Wiseman as god of the Astragius Galaxy. He ultimately rejected this role, destroying Wiseman through a feigned Face–Heel Turn, an act earning him the moniker "The Untouchable" from opposing forces. Later periods involved cryogenic suspension alongside Fyana, subsequent reawakening, and a nomadic existence across the galaxy. His legacy persisted as both the last surviving Red Shoulder and the final Overman, his distinctive orange pilot suit becoming an iconic symbol referenced in later conflicts as the "Red Rebellion".

In later OVAs like *Shining Heresy* and *Phantom Arc*, he continued as a solitary figure operating in war-torn regions, maintaining his survival-focused ethos while occasionally demonstrating protective instincts toward companions. His enduring physical resilience remained consistent, including surviving orbital re-entry without mechanical assistance during one incident.
