Thirteen-year-old Osaka native Kamome Sengakuji ("sea gull") lives with her mother and stepfather after her biological father's passing, leading to financial strain that fuels her constant pursuit of money. She readily monetizes personal details like hobbies and measurements for classmates. Temporarily staying in Akihabara with her grandfather, former Rosenkreuz member Shimabukurou Sengakuji, she frequently bristles at his lewd behavior.
Physically, Kamome possesses long blonde hair featuring curled sides and two front fringes, complemented by blue eyes and a signature pink headband.
