Allison Keith is an American voice actress recognized for her extensive work in English-language dubs of anime series, primarily during the late 1990s and 2000s with ADV Films. She was introduced to voice acting by fellow actor Amanda Winn Lee, with whom she performed in an improv troupe. Her first role in the industry was as Gamera in the series Gunsmith Cats. Keith holds a bachelor's degree in theater from the University of Houston.

Keith is best known for her portrayal of Misato Katsuragi in the seminal series Neon Genesis Evangelion, a role she originated with ADV Films and later reprised for Funimation's Rebuild of Evangelion film series. This long-term association with a single, iconic character across different productions spanning over a decade is a notable achievement in her career. Another significant and recurring role is Melissa Mao in the Full Metal Panic! franchise.

Her voice work from the 1990s and early 2000s includes a wide range of characters. She voiced the title character in All Purpose Cultural Cat Girl Nuku Nuku, Sakura Yamazaki in Blue Seed and its sequel Blue Seed Beyond, Kamome Sengakuji in Cyberteam in Akihabara, and May in Coyote Ragtime Show. She also provided the voice for Mika in the series Rei Rei.

Beyond these notable credits, her filmography includes roles in.hack//Legend of the Twilight as Rena Kunisaki, Gravion as Leele, and later series such as Akame ga Kill! as Leone and Infinite Stratos as Tabane Shinonono for Sentai Filmworks. Her career demonstrates recurring collaborations with the Houston-based talent pool associated with ADV Films and later Seraphim Digital and Sentai Filmworks. In a 1998 interview, Keith cited Sakura Yamazaki from Blue Seed as her personal favorite character among those she has voiced.
