Description
Chôryûjin emerges from the symmetrical docking of HyouRyuu and EnRyuu when their synchronization hits 100%. This Symmetrical Docking or Lateral Combination creates the single Docking Vehicle Robot entity. The combined form stands 28 meters tall, weighs 495 tons, and possesses a 110-ton flexible tank capacity. Propelled by a Connected G-Drive engine exceeding 6,000,000 kW maximum output, it achieves a running speed of 195 km/h, built upon a Super Monocoque frame.

Functionally specialized for defense, Chôryûjin relies on its Mirror Coating Chestplate for protection in high-risk scenarios. Its signature capability is deploying the Eraser Head tool to neutralize explosions and energy surges. Three variants exist: standard E-99, larger E-999 (L type), and gigantic E-9999 (2L type). Deployment requires support from the integrated Power Crane (inherited from HyouRyuu) and Power Ladder (inherited from EnRyuu), imposing significant stress on joint mechanisms with repeated use.

Offensively, Chôryûjin wields combined weapons: the forearm-mounted Double Gun (fusing HyouRyuu's Freezing Gun and EnRyuu's Melting Gun) and the Double Rifle (combining the Freezing Rifle and Melting Rifle). Retrofitted to fire Ul-Tech beams, all beam weapons can fire simultaneously in a Full Salvo attack. For close combat, it employs Double Tonfa weapons formed by mounting the Power Crane and Power Ladder on its forearms.

Space operations require the SP Pack (SP-1 Self-Propellant Pack), an external unit adding 8.5m height and 73t weight. This system uses twin GEPF101-GE21 Plasma Accelerators generating 58 MN thrust in booster mode, featuring ±30-degree vector nozzles. Alternatively, the Climber-1 supply ship can attach for supplemental thrust.

Theoretically, Chôryûjin could combine with ShouRyuu to form ShouChouRyuuJin, though this remains unrealized. Similarly, its ultimate Supernova weapon concept proved incompatible with the combined form due to HyouRyuu's Chest Thriller and EnRyuu's Chest Warmer repositioning to the inner legs during docking, forcing separation for attempted execution.

Chôryûjin sustained severe damage intercepting EI-16's mortar blast, battling Zonderians Primada and Polonaise, deploying Projectile-X against EI-01, during atmospheric reentry after an accidental warp to prehistoric Earth, bisected by Repli-Star GaoGaiGar, and critically damaged confronting P-Vater. Following near-total destruction, reconstruction incorporated an unidentified energy source termed "The POWER". This upgrade enhanced the Ul-Tech Unified G-Drive beyond measurable parameters (250%+ output, 185%+ thrust) and generated an unclassified protective field. Analysis of "The POWER" yielded no data on character, energy source, level, origin, particles, or range beyond confirmation of variable frequency cycles and absence of Spinel Field manifestation.

Operational history notes initial combination difficulties from synchronization instability caused by interpersonal conflicts between the HyouRyuu and EnRyuu operators. Successful docking first occurred during the emergency response to EI-07's detonation, enabling the timely rescue of GaoGaiGar via Eraser Head deployment. Subsequent missions established it as GGG's primary defensive specialist despite its extensive damage record.
