Rumiya features in the "Magical Girl Pretty Sammy Bonus Theatre" specials "Magical Girl Lyrical Amira" and "Video-Jack Misa." In "Magical Girl Lyrical Amira," he accompanies Ramia during her transformation into the magical girl Lyrical Amira, assigned to assassinate Tsunami. He openly questions Ramia’s suitability as a magical girl due to her age, provoking her to strike him. Throughout Amira’s repeated, failed attempts to kill Tsunami—which result only in self-inflicted injuries—Rumiya remains present. After Tsunami defeats Amira with a mallet, Rumiya reiterates the futility of Ramia’s magical girl role, earning another physical reprimand.
During "Video-Jack Misa," Rumiya is indirectly referenced via a clip from the twentieth episode of the related TV series, played by Ryo-Ohki. This clip shows Pretty Sammy and Misao expelling Pixy Misa’s evil essence, including a scene where Misao cradles a dying Rumiya. Witnessing this, Pixy Misa realizes her narrative purpose has ended, triggering her emotional breakdown and disintegration.
