Description
Captain America, alias Steve Rogers, is a World War II veteran and super-soldier leading the Avengers. Enhanced strength, agility, stamina, durability, and reflexes stem from the Super-Soldier serum. His primary weapon is a virtually indestructible vibranium-steel alloy shield, used defensively and offensively with exceptional aerodynamics.

Trapped within a DISK during Loki's attack on the project presentation, Captain America's Fight-class DISK was distributed by Spider-Man to Chris Taylor. Corrupted biocodes limited his release to five and a half minutes per summon, requiring Chris to reset the biocode each time.

Defined by duty, honor, and leadership, Captain America prioritizes missions and approaches situations seriously. This seriousness initially caused friction with Chris, who resented comparisons to his former partner, Bucky Barnes. Memories of Bucky's loss affected his mentorship. Their relationship evolved during missions against foes like the Wrecking Crew and Baron Zemo, as Captain America learned to respect Chris's individuality rather than seeking a Bucky replacement.

Key battles involved facing a mind-controlled Hulk, where Captain America employed defensive tactics to exhaust him before winning an endurance contest. He later joined Iron Man to defeat King Cobra and helped evacuate Spider-Man from a sinking frigate. Tasked with destroying a Hydra base guarded by Baron Zemo during the conflict with Red Skull, he and Chris teamed with Deadpool; this mission included teaching Chris to cope with potential loss. Captain America coordinated the Helicarrier defense against Dormammu's invasion and fought in the final battle against Loki wielding Dormammu's powers.

A significant development occurred when Baron Blood influenced Chris. Captain America utilized their synchronization, forged through prior battles, to trigger Chris's biocode and expel the vampire's control, highlighting their deepening bond. Freed permanently by Dr. Akatsuki's biocode solution, Captain America later encouraged global resistance against Dormammu's despair. He led the Avengers in destroying the Dark Dimension gate, weakening Dormammu. Though temporarily overwhelmed by Loki's enhanced powers, he remained defiant until Loki's defeat.
