Nurzak opposes Barodius's plans to exploit the Sacred Orb's power and respects Neathians, particularly Fabia and Princess Serena. He demonstrates loyalty to subordinates, openly condemning fellow Orders members Stoica and Kazarina for their treachery and disregard for their own agents. His commitment to peace does not equate to weakness; he engages in combat when diplomacy fails, though he prefers reasoned persuasion first. In his past, Nurzak was reckless and preferred frontline combat, resulting in catastrophic consequences. During the Gundalian-Neathian conflict, Nurzak grows disillusioned with Barodius's tyranny and disrespect for his father's legacy. Kazarina reveals herself as a loyalist to Barodius, leading to Nurzak's ambush and apparent death at the hands of Dharak. He survives, transported to an interdimensional space where he encounters Mason Brown. With aid from Dragonoid Colossus, they escape and join the Battle Brawlers and Neathians to oppose Barodius. As an ally, Nurzak aids in rescuing brainwashed humans from Kazarina's lab and collaborates with Fabia. During a battle in Kazarina's stronghold, he saves Fabia from flooding caused by Stoica, sharing the story of his daughter's death as a cautionary tale about recklessness. Swept away by the current, he envisions Floria, reinforcing his resolve. He later reappears to assist Fabia in her final confrontation with Kazarina. In Mechtanium Surge, as Gundalia's Prime Minister, Nurzak maintains the respect of subordinates like Ren Krawler. He expresses gratitude to the Battle Brawlers for their role in defeating Mag Mel and restoring stability to Gundalia.
