Hadley Kay is a Canadian voice actor born on February 22, 1973, in Toronto, Canada. He began his career as a child actor, making his film debut at the age of six opposite Bill Murray in the 1979 comedy Meatballs. His early on-screen appearances also included a role in the 1980 film Superman II.

Kay has built an extensive career in voice acting, contributing to numerous animated series and films over several decades. Some of his notable early voice roles include Nicholas Cherrywood in The Care Bears Movie and the villain Dark Heart in Care Bears Movie II: A New Generation. He also voiced P.C. in the first season of Popples, Tommy in the early The Raccoons specials, Radley Coleman in Beverly Hills Teens, and Podgy Pig in the Rupert series. His work spans a wide variety of other productions, including providing voices for Inspector Gadget, the Star Wars-inspired animated series Ewoks, and Beetlejuice.

In the realm of anime and action-oriented animation, Kay is recognized for his work on the English dubs of several series. He voiced the character Ian in episodes of Beyblade: Shogun Steel and Beyblade: Metal Fusion. He had a significant presence in the Bakugan franchise. In Bakugan Battle Brawlers: Gundalian Invaders, he provided the English voice for the character Nurzak. He continued with the series in Bakugan: Mechtanium Surge, voicing multiple characters including Mandibor and Radizen, as well as Razenoid, Roxtor, and Stronk.

Among his other achievements in voice acting, Kay holds the distinction of being the first actor to provide the voice of Scooby-Doo following the death of the original voice actor, Don Messick. He voiced the character in two episodes of the animated series Johnny Bravo in 1997.
