Description
Balgo Ywain Parks, a human transformed into a Dragonclad after being bitten by Shelby—a dragon inhabiting his deceased childhood friend’s corpse. For ten years, this dragon maintained Shelby’s disguise while bonding closely with Balgo, following the real Shelby’s death shielding seven-year-old Balgo from a train.
Tall with dirty-blond hair, Balgo wears a dark jacket over a light "SLAVE"-emblazoned shirt, dark pants, and dress shoes in human form. As a Dragonclad, his attire shifts to a light "SLAVE" hoodie, collared shirt, and chain-linked collar. During Wing Bind duties, he dons a Piper mantle and pipe to denote official affiliation.
His personality fixates persistently on Noel Niihashi’s undergarments, often inciting confrontations and labeled perverted.
