Description
Merlin acts as a mystical mentor within the narrative. He intervenes during King Lavik's assault on Camelot, rescuing the infant Prince Arthur from peril. Merlin ensures the child's safety by entrusting him to a loyal knight, who raises Arthur unaware of his royal lineage. This concealment endures until Arthur reaches adolescence.

Fifteen years later, Merlin orchestrates a pivotal moment where Arthur unknowingly enters a tournament. During this event, Arthur successfully draws the sword Excalibur from its stone, an act Merlin recognizes as proof of Arthur's rightful claim to England's throne. Following this revelation, Merlin guides the newly acknowledged king, providing counsel as Arthur confronts King Lavik's forces. Merlin consistently employs his magical abilities and strategic insights to counter the threats posed by Lavik and his ally, the witch Medessa, throughout their conflict.
