Linda Plato is the younger sister of Meio Plato, the Lunar Empire of Giganos' top ace pilot known as the "Blue Hawk." She lived with her family on the neutral Alucard space colony before the war. Surviving Giganos' destructive attack on Alucard, Linda joins the Earth Alliance military. She takes up duties as a communications officer and operator, coordinating intelligence for Alliance operations.

Meio remains fiercely loyal to Giganos leadership, placing the siblings on opposing sides of the conflict and straining their relationship. Linda's role expands during critical events, including her presence when Meio is falsely accused of assassinating Giganos' supreme commander, Marshal Guiltorre – a frame-up orchestrated by the traitorous officer Dorchenov. This forces Meio to flee Giganos and eventually collaborate with Earth Alliance pilots to expose Dorchenov's coup.

Linda participates in the final battle against Dorchenov, supporting the combined efforts of the Dragonar pilots and her brother. Her presence in this confrontation underscores her commitment to ending the war and protecting civilians. Following their common enemy's defeat, she is reunited with Meio, implying reconciliation. Her arc concludes with continued service within the Earth Alliance's post-war structure.
