Kayoko Fujii is a Japanese voice actress and actress affiliated with the theatre company Gekidan Seinenza. She was born on April 21, 1961, in Kanagawa Prefecture and began her career in the early 1980s, starting with stage performances before moving into voice acting for anime.

Fujii's career is marked by a number of notable roles in anime series from the 1980s and 1990s. Among her early and prominent roles is Linda Plato in the 1987 mecha anime series Metal Armor Dragonar. She is also recognized for her portrayal of the character Seiryuhi in the Mashin Hero Wataru series, including the original television run and subsequent original video animations. Her role as Saeko Yagami in Bio Armor Ryger is another example of her work in the mecha and action genres of that era. Additionally, Fujii voiced the character Sumiko in the Seishun Anime Zenshu special Student Days, and Mrs. Mikami in the same Seishun Anime Zenshu series.

Beyond these roles, Fujii has an extensive filmography that includes significant parts in the Gundam franchise. She voiced Rosamia Badam in Mobile Suit Zeta Gundam and Emary Ounce in Mobile Suit Gundam ZZ. She also contributed to the 1988 landmark anime film Akira, voicing a small role as Girl A. Her work continued through the 1990s and 2000s with roles in series such as Romeo's Blue Skies, the animated film Memories, and multiple episodes of Case Closed (Detective Conan). More recently, she reprised her role as Seiryuhi in the 2020 web anime Mashin Eiyuden Wataru Shichi Tamashii no Ryujinmaru.

In addition to anime, Fujii has lent her voice to Japanese versions of foreign films and video games, including the character Belgemine in Final Fantasy X. Her foundation in theatre with Gekidan Seinenza has been a consistent part of her career, and she has also appeared in live-action television dramas.
