Kazuaki Oji is a B-Rank Attacker who serves as the captain of Oji Squad in Border, the organization dedicated to defending Mikado City from Neighbor threats. Oji has a habit of giving people unusual nicknames and carries himself with a princely demeanor, a purposeful affectation that plays on his surname, which means prince in Japanese. This self-styled persona is so deliberate that he once requested his squadmate draw icons depicting him as a handsome figure wearing a crown for use during strategy explanations.
