This is the reality for Sukehira Mutsuri, a young man who possesses a unique and powerful technique known as the Muttsuri Shinken. This ability allows him to destroy women's clothing, a skill he employs for the dedicated purpose of studying their breasts.

Driven by a desire to overturn this matriarchal order and liberate his oppressed male peers, Sukehira sets out to change the world using his powers. The narrative follows his battles against the superhumanly evolved women who maintain the status quo, combining absurdist humor with ecchi battle scenarios. Sukehira replenishes his Muttsuri Power through lucky pervert-style events, framing the conflict as a lewd comedic struggle.
