Description
Iris remembers her past life clearly: she has woken up as the villainess in her favorite otome game. The problem is that this game has no true happy endings, only bittersweet Happy-Bad Endings where if the heroine falls for one of the problematic love interests, the rest of the world faces ruin. Yet if the heroine fails, the villainess loses her life.

Fortunately for Iris, she knows the game inside and out. With this knowledge, she sets out to rewrite the script entirely. Her goal is to prevent the heroine from ever pursuing those doomed routes, altering key events to steer the story toward a safer conclusion. This means tackling each crisis before it can spiral out of control, from curing a fatal illness that threatens a major character to taking on the unusual challenge of re-parenting her own possessive twin brother.

The world is a standard otome game setting, a noble society where magic, political intrigue, and romance intersect. Iris, now the villainess, must navigate her role without triggering her original death flags. The heroine still exists as the game's protagonist, but Iris sees her not as a rival but as a person to guide away from disaster. The love interests, each with their own dangerous flaws, remain potential threats to the world's stability unless someone intervenes.

Iris takes a proactive survival route, working behind the scenes to fix everything from magical diseases to familial dysfunction. Rather than playing the villain or fleeing her fate, she becomes an unlikely architect of peace, determined to reject every bad ending through sheer preparation and will. Her efforts keep drawing attention, and the more she works to save everyone, the more people begin to see her as something else entirely, something very much like a saint.
