As the ZQN infection erupts across Osaka, a part-time manager named Tatsuo sets out on a desperate motorcycle journey to rescue his girlfriend Kozue, who is trapped aboard an airplane that has just landed at Kansai International Airport. The initial chaos of the zombie-like outbreak serves as the backdrop for two parallel struggles: Tatsuo fights his way through the collapsing streets of Osaka while Kozue, alongside her friend, battles for survival inside the increasingly hostile environment of the quarantined aircraft. Adding to the tension, Kozue had been contemplating ending their stagnant relationship before the disaster struck, a personal crisis now dwarfed by the apocalypse unfolding around them. Inside the plane, a charismatic but egocentric young man emerges, attempting to take control of the situation and its terrified passengers. The narrative follows the couple's perilous attempts to reunite against overwhelming odds, all while navigating iconic locations of Osaka overrun by the infected.
